Assessments & Admissions
HMS has experienced nurses who can accommodate admissions seven
days per week and evaluate the patient's rehabilitation needs within
hours of the referral. As part of the admission process, our
interdisciplinary team meets to set rehabilitation goals and estimate
the length of the patient's stay before returning home. |
