Heatherwood Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is a 112 bed facility nestled in the heart of Newport, RI’s historic Bellevue Avenue mansions. Our facility has 42 long-term resident beds, 40 beds on our memory impairment unit called, BRIDGES and 30 beds on our rehabilitation unit. Heatherwood is JCAHO approved and state certified for providing skilled nursing services on every floor.
