Heatherwood Nursing and Rehabilitation
Center is a 112 bed facility nestled in the heart of
Newport, RI’s historic Bellevue Avenue mansions. Our
facility has 42 long-term resident beds, 40 beds in our
memory care program called, BRIDGES and 30 beds on our
rehabilitation unit.

rooms, beauty salon, religious services, extended
visiting hours, daily activities and social events,
